Delivery time?

UK deliveries normally take up to 3 working days. But please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us. International deliveries can take up to 14 working days.

How do I return and Item?

If you wish to return an item then you may do so within 14 days of the delivery. Please contact us first before returning any items as we may be able to solve the problem. You are responsible for postage fees when returning the item, unless the item is faulty.

How long does refund take?

Refunds are usually processed within 2 working days and will be in your source of payment within 5 working days.

Do I need to create an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can login right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “LOGIN” on main menu and select “Register” tab, fill in your personal details are you are good to go.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order or change shipping address?

You can cancel or amend an order if it has not been shipped yet. Please send us an email with subject “Order Change”. Our email address is IceBoxMod@gmail.com In case it has been shipped and you wish to cancel the order you will have to send back the item at your own expense.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the discount code at the field “Discount Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the discount code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out.

When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with Royal Mail using their tracking service.

I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact our Customer Care Team at IceBoxMod@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can, usually within 2 working days.
